I'm in my last stretch of my tour of SF, and am tasting pizzas for lunch. I stopped by Cybelle's per friends' recommendations and ordered a slice of cheese pizza. I didn't think my expectations were too high, but I must say I was a bit disappointed.

First bite (impressions):

1. SALTY!!! Mind you, I drown a lot of my food in salt, but this stuff was too much.
2. Ever chew on one of those pink rubber erasers? Neither have I, but the cheese was reminiscent of I imagine the texture to be. I thought that chewing on the slice was going to aggravate my TMJ.
3. The crust was ok; nothing spectacular, and I threw most of it away.

I wouldn't not recommend this place, but I'm sure there are better pizza joints out here. One thing I did like (over Uncle Vito's) is the fact that they serve by the slice.
