Right in the center of heavy construction and a gravel laden mess stands Italy's Little Kitchen. The parking structure is small, and you may ding your car when trying to park or leave the lot.
The food here was alright. The fatty focaccia bread is warm and yummy. My linguini with white clam sauce was above mediocre, but the shrimp scampi pasta smelled and tasted very fishy.
The reason I'm bent about this place is because there was a damn winged bug the size of a size 10 Ariel font exclamation point in my water glass.
When I told (and showed) the waitress this, she didn't even apologize or look embarrassed. I didn't want to make a big stink of this so I mailed a civil letter to the manager advising that I welcome any efforts they may have to rectify the experience. My address and phone number were included in the letter.
Did they call to apologize (much less send me a coupon/voucher)? No - they did not.
I plan on staying away from the rubble, filth, and management's blatant dismissal of the customer's valid concerns of this place.
